Beyond the Finish Line Coaching was born out of the need to provide an unparalleled level of coaching to all athletes, regardless of if they are elite or a complete beginner. My personal mission is to help you discover yourself through running, in a healthy and sustainable way, by preventing overtraining and ensuring training is actually enjoyable and centered around your life!
