Taking 35 minutes off a previous half marathon time is no easy task, but Stefan made it happen. The framework that BFL provided was a massive boost for me, I didn’t have to worry about planning my own runs or think about whether each session is ‘correct’ - it was all taken care of. I got all the support I needed in terms of nutrition advice, race pace strategies, and frequent check ins to check how everything was going. Stefan himself is super friendly, and is considerate to life’s demands, adjusting schedules when needed - I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!
