How I Coach
Initial Assessment
My first task is to understand your training-related circumstances and needs completely. This starts with a consultation and questionnaire to discuss all the key information needed for the creation of an individualised plan.
Individual Training Plan
Next, we're able to begin building the appropriate individualised training program, delivered via intervals.icu. Each training week is constructed to achieve an optimal balance of stress and recovery in line with the athlete's needs and capacity.
Continual Support
Feedback is provided on all key workouts throughout each week within Intervals.icu. Tweaks and adjustments can be made at any time to iterate the plan. Athletes are highly encouraged to provide feedback on their daily training.
Technique Advice
With modern technology, I can now analyse your technique from anywhere in the world. Improving your technique will lead to more efficient training and reduce the risk of injuries.
Mobility Training
Alongside running coaching, I will start teaching you drills to help improve your running form and mobility, making you a stronger, well-rounded athlete
